"Unhappy with the service on B2 but the Continence Service has been brilliant"

About: Rotherham Hospital Rotherham PCT / Continence service

(as the patient),

I was not happy with the service I received on ward B2. I was made to feel unimportant as the nurses were so busy and didn’t seem to have time for individuals. I was sent home with incorrect equipment. No referral was made to social services, making it very difficult for my family to get me assessed and they forgot to officially discharge me when I left.

The continence service has been absolutely brilliant, good advice, good prescription service and everything has been very good. They are a very efficient service and deserve to get lots of praise.

I am really sorry to hear about how you felt following a recent stay on ward B2 and that you felt the nursing staff were too busy to have time for you.
