"Cancelled appointment with out informing me"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital / Ophthalmology

Took over 2 months to get an appointment. Travelled by tube and bus to the hospital for a 2.35pm appointment. Went to the eye clinic reception to be told the appointment was cancelled, had to push them for more information- told the Doctor had retired, The reception gave no other help and I had to ask for a rebooking of the appointment.

Someone who came in on hospital transport also had a appointment cancelled, Went back without being seen. waste of NHS money.

Reception. Staff need training in service and respect. fully staff , however no one really had answers to question I had.
