I was very pleased with the care I received today at Russell’s Hall. I arrived early for my appointment and didn’t have to wait long at all after my appointment time. I spoke to a lovely nurse who was very reassuring, didn’t rush me, and answered any questions I had. I then waited 10 minutes in the procedure room for the Dr to arrive. The sigmoidoscopy only lasted 5 minutes and wasn’t half as bad as I anticipated! The department, including the toilets, were very clean and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Our staff do everything they can to ensure the patient experience is a positive one and we are pleased to hear this was your experience on your recent sigmoidoscopy procedure.
