Went in after having my epipen after Anaphylaxis and got put in a hallway and left unattended and unchecked without any observations done for over 3 hours. I was feeling unwell, and having a very strange reaction to my epipen and felt very unimportant

Our emergency department has been unusually busy this January and we are very sorry that, at times, we haven’t provided the high level of care we would want to.
