"appointment delay and long waiting time in..."

About: Corbett Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

I had seen my GP in September for painful arm and elbow and diagnosed with tennis elbow and was subsequently referred for physio. I then rang the physio and was informed that the nearest appointment was at Corbett hospital for the 27 nov 2017 and that I will receive the confirmation letter. the letter never came through.

On the day of the appointment I rang the hospital and asked to be put through to physio, which they did. However I was put from one extension to the other for approximately 30 min as no one or no where was this appointment recorded. and no one could confirm the appointment. I subsequently I lost faith in the department and had been doing excersise on my own.
