I was admitted to Castle Hill hospital on Wednesday 3rd January, 2018 and full of apprehension about my triple heart bypass operation scheduled for Thursday 4th January, but I was completely put at ease by the caring and friendliness of all the staff with whom I came into contact.
Throughout my stay at the hospital I was treated with the utmost dignity an respect in a clean and well organised environment despite the current pressures applied within the NHS.
