"Visit to the endoscopy unit"

I was very impressed with my overall visit to the Unit. I was kept informed about what was happening from the time I checked in, during the initial form filling, throughout the procedure and in recovery. Above all I felt valued as a patient and my dignity was paramount at every stage. I would like to thank all the members of staff for their professionalism, kindness and friendly approach.
