"Rude and useless receptionist biting nails all..."

One of the receptionist is unnecessarily rude and has no interest in her job.

Whenever I approached her at reception for any help, I saw her biting her nails (that's disgusting) and she shows no interest in her work.

She has no care for patients. After biting her nails, she will touch the same paper with her saliva that she hands over to patient.

NHS spends so much money to make people aware of importance of hygiene, so its very sad to see the NHS staff acting so unhygienic with patients, and touching her saliva everywhere.... disgusting
