"Dietitian was amazing"

About: St Lukes Hospital (Bradford)

I had my first dietician appointment.

The session was very well structured and planned.

The dietitian was very informative and made me more confidence with portion sizes and what type of food contains sugars, etc.

I have been recently diagnosed with Diabetes and I am under 30 years of age, so it came as a big shock to me.

After attending the group session and going through some activities together I felt I can control my diabetes with diet only and felt confident that this is possible.

I do encourage people to attend these sessions and to praise the team for an excellent session.

They take their time out to give us advice on how to better our lives.

Well Done Team!

Thank you very much for this great feedback which we have sent on to the department and Division. It is so important that we can provide the right education for patients so that they can play their full part in improving their health and it is very good to hear that our dietetics team are providing that.
