"Kindness and sensitivity"

About: Ferryfield House

(as a relative),

My mum spent around 6 weeks at Ferryfield House before passing away peacefully at the beginning of January 2018.   Mum required a great deal of personal  care and the staff treated her with with great kindness and sensitivity. Although physically very disabled, Mum's awareness and cognitive abilities were strong and she very much appreciated the carers'  kindness and respect for her need for dignity.   Despite significant discomfort, Mum was happy at Ferryfield House and the credit belongs to the wonderful staff.

Dear pepper22

At the outset, please can l pass on my condolences to you and your family following the death of your mum at Ferryfield earlier this year.

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us. I was so pleased to read how the staff cared for your mum with great kindness and sensitivity.

I have shared your kind words with the staff in Ferryfield, who I am sure will be pleased to read feedback of how your mum was cared for by them.

Once again, please accept my condolences at this sad time.

Kind regards

Jeannette
