"Appalling"

This place is an absolute joke, to sum up like having a car with no wheels. The deputy ward manager is the rudest human I have ever met, they have no phsycotherapist, no counsellors, doctor dangles carrots in front of patients but doesn't act on anything, staff fell asleep while my daughter was on level 3 obs and she self harmed, my daughters bedding was taken by another patient and I had to replace it personally as they hadn't after a week or more. The activity room is only open during visiting hours, there are no activities planned to occcupy the patients, my daughter had to wait 5 days to see her dr after being let out alone after stating she wouldn't return if they let her out, consequently she took a big overdose and was taken to stoke mandeville, the food is appalling, this place seriously needs some attention.
