"Uninformed surgery consent"

About: The Royal London Hospital For Integrated Medicine

I am having an operation in my throat tomorrow. To this moment, neither the consultant I saw nor other member of his team have deared explaining to me about the procedure I'm having done tomorrow or recovery times or measures. I've been calling for the last 20 days requesting a call back. I've been lucky just 3 times for someone to pick up the phone (over 30 calls or more). They told me they were sending e-mails to the clinical team to get back to me...so far nothing heard.

This is a completely unacceptable way to treat patients. It goes against the Deontologic code as well. How am I supposed to make an informed consent for the surgery tomorrow I I haven't been informed at all???Terrible.
