"Missed appointment"

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary / Ophthalmology

Today I received a very curt letter telling me I had missed an eye appointment that I had no knowledge of. This is the second time this has happened and they had the gall to say that they had written to my Dr. Informing them of my missed appointment.I have been under the same consultant now for 15 years and have never missed an appt yet

I consider the work they do too valuable to mess any one around
