"Forever grateful"

About: Manor Hospital / Maternity

(as the patient),

I had a baby in November. I found all the midwives, nurses and doctors to be fantastic. My daughter was born by emergency section after a failed labor, she had some complications when initially delivered and was resuscitated as a result   so we are forever grateful. I know it's their jobs but no time was wasted and I can't imagine the panic they may have faced when having to act fast with a poorly baby. My after care was also fantastic and the nurses/midwives displayed, genuine care and passion for their jobs and this helped to aid recovery. I am thankful to everyone who looked after me and my baby during our stay.

Thank you for sharing the positive experience of the care that you received following your admission to Maternity in November 2016. I will ensure that your comments are shared with the teams involved. I hope that you and your daughter are both now doing well.

Kind regards
