I have recently underwent day surgery and I wish to express my sincere thanks for the level of care and treatment I received. From admission to discharge I was fully informed of the procedure and had visits from the anaesthetist and surgeon who were very reassuring.
In recovery the level of care was exceptional and I must mention Lynsey who has only been nursing for a few months and was truly amazing and extremely professional. She has certainly chosen the right career and looked after me with a high level of care and compassion.
No one likes having to attend hospital but the day surgery unit , theatre staff and recovery team must all be very proud of the excellent service they provide and I cannot thank them enough for the level of care provided.
