(as a service user),

My Uncle was cared for with compassion, respect and dignity until the very end on The Coronary Care Unit. The care both him and our family received from Natalie and Keith will never be forgotten. This unit has staff to be proud of nothing was too much trouble and may I take this opportunity to Thankyou all.

It is lovely to receive such positive feedback regarding the care provided to both your Uncle and the family.

Our staff always strive to deliver, safe personal and effective care and we are delighted to pass your comments and thanks on to the staff, particularly Natalie and Keith, who will very much appreciate your comments as they always strive to deliver safe, personal & effective care.
