"Thank you to staff on the Day Case Unit @ Torbay Hospital"

I recently have had my gall bladder removed at Torbay Hospital.. I was so impressed with the attention to my well being whilst being on the day case unit . I received first class treatment from the minute I got to reception untill I was discharged in the evening, the unit was short staffed and during the day the staff had to deal with a couple of difficult situations with patients, they remained calm and polite thro out. My admiration goes to the nurse that was on duty all day on occasion on her own at the desk altho other staff were around. This nurse, remained calm, unhurried when pushed, efficient, polite paying great attention to details when discharging patients thro the day, I must also mention my admiration for the consultant, aneasthatist and the laproscopic nurse who all made time to come and see that all was well after the op. I cannot praise this team of people enough, Well done Torbay Day Case Unit Staff and Thank You so much, my life has much improved since the removal of my gall bladder.
