About: Robin House

(as a service user),

Got referred to robin house after my boy not being well and at first was a bit dubious but after visiting and had several stays it's been a God send.

My boy is severely disabled and gets unwell a lot so going to robin house allows us to lots of fun things as a family but also lets us rest and all the dr's, nurses and staff are amazing with our boy so we know he's in safe hands.

Can't thank robin house enough x

What could be improved? Having to go through care plan twice, once should be enough with the doctor.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with very helpful feedback.

I am so pleased that you feel in safe hands when staying at Robin House, and that you and your family get the chance to have time to have fun together.

I understand that there are a lot of questions asked when you arrive at Robin House, which helps us to ensure that we get all of your son's care right, however I recognise that this can be time consuming. CHAS are currently looking at the admission process so that we can try make things easier for families. I hope that this is something which will be of help to your family.
