Visited for blood tests today , 5th January 2018. Slightly longer wait than I had hoped for but staff were polite and apologetic even though obviously under pressure.
When it came to the test, I was seen by a charming lady who was quick and efficient at her job and put me at ease immediately. In the event I hardly knew she had inserted the needle (like a butterfly landing on a flower!) and afterwards there was hardly a mark. Makes a wonderful change from some of the savagery I have had in the past and horrid bruising I have had afterwards!!
What can I say? A very big thank you, and I will ask for you next time!!
