"Best of a busy situation"

Brought a family member in late at night at a very busy time for the a&e department. There was constant reassurance from members of the team that the queue would move along and my grandmother would be seen soon. It was also evident how hard each member of staff was working!

When being seen, both doctors working with my grandmother treated her with respect and made her feel like they had all the time possible to spend with her.

The nursing staff, in particular a young nurse was continuously attentive to my grandmother and treated her with kindness and dignity lowering her nerves. The level of care continued throughout the night!!
