As a follow up to the praise given to ward 214 I feel I must comment as well. I was in Ward 214 numerous times after I got knocked down by car in August 2015.   It became my second home at times but the staff were nothing short of amazing and so caring during each of my stays. They kept my spirits up even though that was a challenge at times. I can't thank them enough and they from cleaners to nurses to support workers and Doctors all do a fantastic job. We are so lucky to have an NHS with staff like this. Thank you xx

Thank you so much for posting your very kind feedback on Care Opinion. The staff will be delighted to hear what a great job they did in looking after you. Team work is very important in the NHS, especially with the kind of care you needed, so it is wonderful for me to hear how all the disciplines worked together to make your care as good as it was. I am glad they were able to keep you cheerful during what must have been a difficult time.

I hope you are recovered now and wish you well. I will make sure that the Senior Charge Nurse in 214 sees your comments and that they are shared with all the staff.

Hello

I am still recovering and will be visiting ward 214 again in the future as a patient. The staff in this ward are amazing. I cannot praise them enough.
