"They don’t have a clue."

This is my second time of using this service.

The first time was unimpressive- basically sitting at a pc with a “therapist” clicking a survey.

However, this time I did not even get that far.

I was informed that they are really overwhelmed and would have to wait a while to see someone.

This was in September.

Eventually they ran a group session which I was invited to but this seemed mainly geered towards anxiety and was of no help at all. I’ve not hear a word from them since.

Now my GP has stopped my anti-depressant medication and I’m at breaking point.

There is nowhere left to turn but alcohol.

Shame on you!
