"Disgusting how they treat patients"

The maternity ward staff have no clue how to treat patients leave me waiting hours and days on end without being seen tell me to come in to be induced at a set time then leave me waiting hours to then tell me my bed is waiting to be made to then be waiting another 2 hours to still be waiting the duty of care is disguting they leave u waiting on your bed for hours without any reassurance whatsoever the staff are rude unreliable and cant do there job all i hear and see is people walking around and laughing when there are people who need to be seen i am fuming the leicester royal maternity unit needs running properly you dont leave a heavily pregnant woman waiting to be induced and in rolms for hours and days its rediculouse and diagusting!!!! Also when i rang up the maternitydepartment as i was told i would be induced in the morning if i rang at 8 ! The staff put the phone down on me 3 times !!! i am fuming and will take this further enuff is enuff
