"Lost in the system for three years"

About: County Hospital / Cardiology

Hospital lost my records over three years ago after nagggibg and nagging them and the doctors I finally got a new referral and the heart issue I had had become worse. There excuse was that four years ago or there abouts they had a change around and some doctors moved to Cannock etc and my records had been lost then so I dropped off the radar. No excuse for ignoring me and me trying to get it sorted for all this time. All they did was push me from pillar to post.
