"Impressed with Out of hours service"

About: NHS 24 Stirling Community Hospital

(as a relative),

Attended out of hours on new years day.

Appointment made via NHS 24. Call back with appointment time prompt.

GP at Stirling Community Hospital was excellent. Took time to listen. Made a plan involving my partner and follow up instruction clear. Reassuring to us and told to call back if no improvement. Very impressed.

Many thanks for getting in touch to share your recent experience with the Out of Hours Service, it really is lovely to hear from our patients and their families.

I was delighted to hear that you were both very impressed and more importantly for you and your partner reassured with the care provided by NHS 24 through to visiting the GP, it really was lovey to hear that you and your partner were completely involved in your consultation.
