"Visit to a and e on Xmas day night"

About: Rotherham Hospital / Accident and emergency

Visited a and e and cannot thank them enough.

Waiting time I feel could have been quicker and I feel this was recognised when seen by the doctor. However the doctor acted so efficiently and certainly got things moving . Also ensured we were moved to a cubicle and we received attention straight away.

The doctor explained everthing and also did everything he could to make my son comfortable.

I was amazed he had to clean and re make the bed himself.

Crédit due to the guy and what a shame these people are so so busy and have to battle through their shift without the full support and time they don't have one second to spare. Sitting and watching for almost 17 hours you just don't realise what they have to deal with. Could not fault the care and attention we received. We were soon moved to a ward and it wasn't long before tests scans bloods xrays were carried out. Everything turned out okay and would like to thank everyone involved on the night.
