I would not recommend this surgery, the receptionists are extremely rude.

If that's what the receptionists are like, what are the Doctors like at this surgery.

My husband put a prescription in on the 19th December for medication, on the 30th December went to collect from pharmacy, but no prescription was there, so has run out of medication for diabetes, how disgusting is this.

If you complain to the practice manager you get nowhere, they should be ashamed of themselves.

I phoned Tuesday to request the prescription to go to the pharmacy, and thats when those receptionists put the phone down, the third one gave me the email to the manager and I thanked her for her help. Do not register at this surgery, thankfully I am. not.

Also my husband wants them to liaise with me, but they say they wont, because The receptionists have that say. They did the same with my daughter phoning for herself.

As you are NOT a patient here, you are unclear on our processes even though we have explained these to you. We follow NHS guidelines on data protection so we would hope that your expectation would fall within any general knowledge you have about being a patient of a GP practice elsewhere where such rules that you have an issue with would be the same. We have offered to meet with you to discuss this even though you are NOT a patient with us - we are sorry you still feel aggrieved. An investigation has taken place and our staff, both clinical and administrative, have followed NHS protocols correctly. Fleet Medical Centre
