(as the patient),

I successfully quit with the help of the sss based at Health Central, I saw Steve Mottershaw for the first week, who talked me throught the process, then Vanessa Colgan for the remaining weeks, although I am still with the service for another 2 weeks, I just wanted to say thank you so much for the motivation I have recieved from you.

Firstly well done on stopping smoking. We are very pleased to offer services in Health Central due to the town centre loaction as this helps us to achieve our aim of offerring a diverse range os support services in locations equipped to deal with the busy lifestyles of some of our clients. You feedback is important to us to help us continue to develop services based on service user needs. I will ensure the staff invloved recieve feedback on your comments.
