I called to order a repeat prescription for my son. A very rude lady told me I couldn't order one on the phone and would have to take a days holiday to go in and order it. The prescription couldn't be guaranteed to arrive the same day so I would then have to take a further days holiday to collect it. I have actually ordered one over the phone before. The receptionist said she would look into who did this as they would get the sack. 1. I can't believe how she spoke to me and 2. I can't believe they were not willing to help me!
