I have just spoken to someone on reception at Tonge moor health centre. I explained I was told to make an emergency appointment to see the Doctor. I found the person I spoke with to be EXTREMELY abrupt and rude on the phone. I would like to take this matter further and expect an apology.
At this time we are very worried about my wife's condition so to speak to a person with such an attitude is outrageous.
There are millions out of work who would appreciate this job.
I am utterly disgusted.
