I was admitted on 31/12/17 for an emergency incision/drainage of an abscess. The dedicated staff provided the best possible care throughout the operation - somehow fitting me into a busy surgical schedule at a hectic time of year. Another medical issue was detected and this is under investigation. Such a skilled and talented team representing the best of the NHS. I received unrivalled care and courtesy throughout this worrying time.
