"Delay in Elected Surgery"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as a service user),

Given a date in July 2017 for Shoulder surgery. Today received invite for 3rd Pre-Op Assessment!

Called Hospital ( including)  Patient Management to absolutely no avail.

Passed from pillar to post.

No wonder people are getting fed up with how things are being managed. Management.

The result is yet MORE pain and Suffering

Utterly Disgraceful.
