"Cirencester MIIU experience"

I arrived at MIIU just before Christmas in extreme pain with a kidney stone. I was seen straight away and immediately given pain relief that made a real difference within 15/20 minutes. I walked out a little later feeling like a new person. The staff were all fantastic, caring and considerate and very efficient despite having to deal with an emergency patient who arrived at the same time. I arrived with my wife and two young children and they were as well looked after as I was. The nurse who saw me made sure that I left with enough painkillers to manage the pain over Christmas – I can’t thank the staff enough for their help. We are very lucky in Cirencester to have such a brilliant service.
