I used to find this surgery friendly and I found it easy to access appointments. Now I am left on hold for sometimes 40 minutes and then left upset after receptionists are quite passive aggressive, aside from a couple who are lovely. They seem to have more receptionists than doctors- there were 4 on one day while there was 1 doctor on a full capacity walk in. Once you get in to the appointments the doctors are knowledgable and helpful. I also turned up to an important blood test at 11am and was told in a very blasé manner that the nurse wasn't in today. When I asked why she hadn't rung, I was looked at blankly. All the patients sat in the waiting room are complaining constantly about the service but I suppose we just have to put up with it. I far preferred the old service with the older building, rather than the newer building and far worse experience. Hopefully it will be back to normal soon.
