1. It is impossible to get through on the phone.

2. And when you do get through, nobody ever knows any answers to any queries. One feels like interrupting their cup of tea, they just can't wait to get you off the phone.

3. Staff is not properly trained, as they keep repeating the same script answers which are not helpful.

3. If you had an appointment, had blood test and need a follow up, you just do not exist for this practice. You are totally off their radar. Nobody will call you, nobody will know what to do next, and when you call yourself - see above, you can't get through, and when you do get through, you need to start explaining everything from scratch. They say they will call you back to let you know, but that never happens. Then you have to call back again. See point 1.

Overall, very very badly managed and inefficient.
