(as a service user),

I fell on ice and injured my wrist. I went to A& E and it was a great experience. I was seen within an hour and had xrays taken and a cast put on. Everything was fully explained and all staff were faultless.

I am very pleased to hear that you had a great experience and were seen within an hour and had your xray and cast on. We have been experiencing a high volume of admissions recently but very pleased that you received timely care and that everything was fully explained for you.

Many thanks also for your kind comments regarding the faultless staff, they all work very hard and strive to make each patients stay as comfortable and person centred as possible.

I hope your wrist is healing well and you are recovering from your fall.
