The safety of vulnerable patients was poor, while I was there a rather aggressive patient was left to bully the other patients with no consequences!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback which relates to Ruby Ward at the Whiteleaf Centre in Aylesbury where you feel the safety of patients was of a poor standard due to an aggressive patient who bullied others during your time on the ward.
