About: St Marks Hospital (Harrow)

I was referred to St. Marks by my GP this time, the first time I was referred it was excellent though it isn't the case this time round. Iv been attending outpatients colorectomy for the past 3 years as my colostomy isn't functioning properly and won't empty at all, the pain is horrendous and it seems my life has stopped as I'm now housebound. I attended in December 2017 only to be told I'd been under the wrong team, iv always seen a different consultant so it always seems like my 1st appointment, my situation became so bad i contamplated ending my life. I'm on the way to St. Marks now for yet another appointment with yet another consultant, if nothing is done this time i won't be coming back. Iv had both good and bad but i would still recommend St. Marks.

I am so sorry to read this, especially when you have had such excellent treatment and care in the past.
