I understand that people are busy and have to make priority treating patients and not telephone calls.
But I have just spend over 50 minutes trying to find out how my Grandma is.
Spoken to five different people - told to try four different numbers.
Been cut off, hung up on, no answer at all and still not found out how my 95yr old Grandma is.
This is unbelievably poor!
I am now going to come into the hospital to find out - needless to say I am now very annoyed with you.
