The breakfast on the Friday was cancelled & 4 people missed this.

This made me feel very angry and very upset.

Due to the commitment of our Service User Group, who run the breakfast club, the intention is to increase the frequency of the club to Tuesday mornings in addition to the Friday mornings. To do this however we need to ensure that the club is running smoothly in its present format so we are grateful for the posting you made informing us about the cancellation.

Your posting has already been discussed in the Ashley House Managers Meeting and I have agreed that I will make the Service User Group and the Carer and Service User Advocate aware of the cancelled morning and to plan so that there are no future cancellations.
