I moved to New Forest 2 years ago now after my eldest son committed suicide, I lost everything thereafter including my sanity.
In a last desperate attempt to stay alive (only because I had two other children and grandchildren to care for) I contacted the NHS.
From that moment in time I have seen a Psychiatrist 2 times
Diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (self diagnosed actually but the shrink chose to agree with me. Probably was easier for him to do that than make a real assessment!)
I received many letters but never any help.
I have seen a therapist at Waterford House 3x in the 2 years. I have been left totally alone to cope thanks to the staff at Waterford House.
Well done to the team....It seems that unless you are an alcoholic or drug addict there is no help out there whatsoever...
"Left high and dry...Well done"
