About: New Cross Hospital / General surgery

The emergency buttons for the beds did not work. One night another patients catheter needed changing and I had get someone to do it. They left my cannula in longer than it should of been, It went in on the Monday and came out the Sunday.

Anbother patients cannula came out in the bathroom, there was blood there this was the Saturday night in the Sunday we told the nurses and cleaning staff and it wasn’t cleaned till the Monday.
