After reading some terrible reviews the night before my treatment I was very apprehensive. However, there was no need to be. From ringing the bell to getting a hug on leaving my care was excellent. The staff were extremely approachable, non judgmental and quite frankly made a terrible situation seem ok. I spoke to three nurses in the recovery room and explained how worried I was after reading the reviews. One lovely nurse said she had a theory that the bad reviews were left by protesters and not patients. I couldn’t agree more! I totally recommend this clinic and think the staff are fantastic. I didn’t get the nurses names in recovery but I told them I would leave this review in a hope to settle future patients minds.
