"Terrible experience with one GP at this surgery"

My 3 and a half year old daughter, had an on-going problem with urine infections which lead to constipation and suspected lazy bowel in November. We received very good treatment initially from nurses and doctors involved but unfortunately one doctor we saw here in the latter part of the difficulties, was dismissive, condescending to me and did not even attempt to engage or examine my daughter, after 12 days of constipation. Two days after seeing this doctor we were at the emergency out of hours doctor and sent to Broomfield Paediatric dept.

I thank the doctors and nurses that were very kind and supportive but this one bad experience has left me reluctant to come back to the surgery.
