(as the patient),

I would like to thank Ealing IAPT. Especially Stella. What an amazing service firstly for being accessible both with place and time but also financially. We were so impressed with the thought, care, tact and suggestions that we received each session.

It really was a growing curve and answered a lot of questions that have been rolling around and happening over and over again for years. Practical advice but also emotionally very empowering. Thank you Stella you are a shining star and wondering person.

Thank you for your post on Care Opinion. We were very grateful to receive your lovely feedback about your impressions of the service that you received at Ealing IAPT and in particular your praise for the intervention received from Stella, who is indeed a star.

It must have been very satisfying to address concerns that had been around for many years with practical advice that has helped you to feel more empowered. Additionally we were pleased that you found us accessible in time and place, which, despite high referral numbers and other pressures is what we strive to provide.

I hope that your post will encourage others to seek referral from their GP or self refer to the service to see if what we provide (treatment for individuals, groups, couples & online therapy) could be similarly helpful for the difficulties they may be experiencing.
