"Out of hours GP service in East Kent"

About: NHS Canterbury and Coastal CCG

(as a parent/guardian),

We took our daughter to the chemist regarding a sore throat and temperature. They identified that she had white sores in her throat and advised contacting 111. We contacted 111 at 12.30 pm, they advised that she needed to be seen by a GP that day and that we would be contacted by the provider within three hours. Following several calls we finally received contact at 10.30pm and were advised that we would receive a call making an appointment the next morning. it is now nearly 3pm and still no contact. The white sores have grown and she is becoming iller.
