I have been patient at this surgery for over four years. I found doctors dont seem to think for themselves. Two years ago when I had problem with stomach pain they attributed it to iritable bowel syndrome. I went private and it turned out I was suffering from GERD. Recently I went with lower tummy problems and again they said that I have IBS but in fact I had a blader infection. I am lucky to have access to private treatment elsewhere otherwise I would have suffer indefinietly. How good this surgery is?

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are having some difficulties at the moment and that you feel that our appointment system and clinicians have not offered the right support for you.

General Practitioners strive to identify many medical conditions and recognise the most appropriate treatment and or specialist to refer patients to for specific help and support. I apologise that you feel you have had to access care elsewhere.

I would urge you to contact the practice for a telephone consultation to discuss how you are feeling or contact my self to discuss your concerns further.
