"Amazing service"

My partner went to Whipps Cross A & E yesterday with chest pains and a tight chest. The whole process from triage to discharge was extremely efficient. He was given a full range of tests to check for any underlying problems. The nurse carrying out the tests was thorough and explained clearly what he was doing. The consultant who went through test results was professional but also personal whilst giving us his full attention. Although it was relatively busy, the staff seemed to be happy and genuinely concerned for the well-being of all patients. It was nice to be offered a tea/coffee and a pack of biscuits whilst we were in the waiting room.
