"Care in the biggart hospital prestwick."

About: Biggart Hospital

(as a relative),

For so many years I've heard bad press about the Biggart hospital. But I can't fault the care for my mum who has been hit by a car. She's warm, safe, fed and so well looked after. All members of staff here have been fabulous. From porters, auxiliaries, nurses, doctors and physio's. Really can't thank them enough. She also thinks the foods great! I think the visiting should be kept from 2-8 to give staff peace. Xx

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear Elkay,

I am glad your mum has been well cared for in the Biggart Hospital and enjoying the food; I'm sure it helps recovery. I think visiting (whenever it is) plays such a big part in getting better too. I do hope your mum is recovering well and will get back home soon. Thank you for sharing this with us, I will happily pass this to the team at the Biggart.

Best wishes,

Eunice
