On Thursday evening I attended Fairfild A&E and from start to finish could not criticise the medical care and attention I received.
However during my time in the waiting area I had to visit the w.c. No paper.....fortunately the few tissues in my pocket sufficed, and upon leaving informed the reception desk ( around 21.30, . of the situation.
That's for the cleaners to sort in the morning was the response. I suggested a polite notice on the door may serve to eliminate someone's embarrassment but was told it's not their job.
So I can only assume, patient care starts at the doors at the far end of the reception area.
I wonder, would it be too hard on the budget to have a few spare rolls in the reception office.
